Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw that consent by contacting us.

Please provide sufficient information for us to identify the consent you wish to withdraw.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing already carried out before the withdrawal became effective.

Depending on the nature and scope of the withdrawal, we may no longer be able to provide certain products or services to you. We will inform you of relevant consequences where appropriate.

For marketing communications, you may also use the unsubscribe or opt-out mechanism contained in the relevant communication.

PDPC guidance confirms that consent to receive marketing messages may be withdrawn and that organisations should give effect to withdrawals in accordance with the applicable requirements.

15. Do Not Call and Marketing Preferences

We respect your communication preferences.

Where the Do Not Call provisions of the PDPA apply, we will comply with applicable requirements concerning marketing messages sent to Singapore telephone numbers.

You may ask us to stop sending particular categories of marketing communications or withdraw previously given marketing consent by contacting us or using the opt-out mechanism provided.

Service, transactional, administrative or other non-marketing communications may continue where they are necessary for our relationship with you or otherwise permitted by law.

Our websites and communications may contain links to third-party websites, platforms or services.

Those third parties operate independently and may maintain their own privacy policies and data protection practices.

Iconomy is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites or services that we do not control. You should review the applicable privacy policies before providing personal data to those third parties.
